Shipping & Returns

Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing time. A $2 shipping fee will be added to your order at check out.

We understand that you may have some concerns regarding our products and their suitability to meet your needs. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on used candles.

However, if a product is damaged during shipping, we will happily replace the  damaged item(s).

​Please note that sale items, gift cards, seasonal items, or any unused item that is older than 14 days from the date of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to us via email (gathercandlestudio@gmail.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation if your package has already left our facility and is in the hands of the mail carrier.

Local Drop-Off

In hopes of keeping shipping costs down, we are offering local drop-off to Modesto, CA residents within a 15-mile radius. A $2 delivery fee will be added to your order at check out. Since we are a newly established business the only day we are doing local drop-off is certain Saturdays from 9 am-1 pm.

• burn your candle for at least 2 hours on the first use

• when burning for the first time,

•  allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass

• don’t burn longer than 4 hours at a time

• trim the candle wick to 1/4'' (5mm) before each use 

• stop burning when 1/2* unmelted wax remains

• never leave candle unattended when lit

• keep lit candles away from kids and pets
